Anne P. Keeton

Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Anne Keeton graduated from the University of Virginia in 2000 with a BA in Economics and is a 2003 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. She was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 2003, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2005.

In 2005, Anne joined Subashi, Wildermuth & Dinkler as an associate, where she enjoys a diverse civil practice in areas including products liability, school law, municipal liability, employer intentional tort, and personal injury defense. She has successfully argued before various courts of appeals within the State of Ohio. Prior to joining SWD, Anne practiced in the area of creditors’ rights with a well-respected Dayton firm and also served as appointed counsel for criminal defendants in Montgomery County.

Anne was named as a 2005 Ohio Rising Star Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine. She is an active member of the Ohio State and Dayton Bar Associations, as well as the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. Anne also serves on the Executive Committee for the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court in Dayton.

Anne and her husband, Mark, reside in Kettering with their son, James, and Airedale terrier, Lucy.
