Brian L. Wildermuth

Brian L. Wildermuth received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in 1992. He is a 1996 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, where he served as Note & Comment Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Wildermuth was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif.

Mr. Wildermuth joined Subashi & Wildermuth after serving as an associate attorney with Jenks, Surdyk and Cowdrey Co., L.P.A. Since joining this firm, Mr. Wildermuth has tried jury trials and provided representation to numerous insurance companies, school districts, political subdivisions, and their employees. He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio in 1996. Mr. Wildermuth is also admitted to practice in both the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Wildermuth is an active member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute, the American, Ohio and Dayton Bar Associations, and the Ohio Council of School Law Attorneys. In addition, Mr. Wildermuth is a Barrister in the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court. In 2003, Mr. Wildermuth was elected as a Member-at-Large of the Board of Trustees for the Dayton Bar Association.

Mr. Wildermuth is a native of Wapakoneta, Ohio. He and his wife, Jane, reside in Miamisburg with their daughters, Rosemary and Annabel.
